Integrating Sexual Wellness and Mental Health

Sexual health, mental health, and sexual wellness are about more than sex—they are about feeling connected to yourself, your body, your desires, and your relationships. Whether you're navigating changes in desire, intimacy concerns, sexual anxiety, life transitions, medical conditions, or exploring your identity, sexual wellness involves creating a relationship with sexuality that feels authentic, informed, and aligned with your values. Together, we can explore barriers to connection, address shame or past experiences that may be impacting your sexual well-being, and build greater confidence, pleasure, and fulfillment in your intimate life.

The Mind, Body, and Heart Connection

You’re often the one others rely on. You hold things together, push through challenges, and keep moving forward. But when it comes to your relationships, sexuality, or the changes life throws your way, things can feel much messier than they look from the outside.

I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, desire, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. Many of my clients are also carrying the weight of trauma, chronic illness, grief, caregiving, or major life transitions. Some are exploring non-monogamy or kink, while others simply want to feel more connected—to themselves, their partners, and their bodies.

Our emotional experiences don't just live in our thoughts—they are carried in the mind, body, and heart. When we experience stress, loss, trauma, or disconnection, it can impact how we relate to ourselves, our sexuality, and the people we love. Together, we may explore patterns that no longer serve you, build resilience, and incorporate somatic and pleasure-focused practices that help reconnect these parts of yourself. My goal is to help you cultivate greater self-trust, deepen intimacy, and create a relationship with yourself and others that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

Sex therapy can be a place to untangle what's feeling stuck, make sense of what you're carrying, and create more space for the relationships, intimacy, and life you want.
