Honoring Desire. Cultivating Connection.

Hi, I'm Victoria.

I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, sexuality, relationships, and the many ways life's challenges can impact our connection to ourselves and others. My clients are often high-functioning people who are used to caring for everyone else while quietly carrying the weight of trauma, chronic illness, grief, caregiving responsibilities, relationship struggles, or major life transitions.

My approach is sex-positive, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we strengthen the connection between the mind, body, and heart. I help clients explore concerns related to desire, intimacy, body image, sexual wellness, erectile difficulties, relationship conflict, ethical non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, identity exploration, and the impact of medical conditions on emotional and relational well-being.

As a Latine therapist and Death Doula with extensive experience working in hospital and healthcare settings, I understand how illness, caregiving, loss, and medical trauma can affect every aspect of life—including our relationships, sexuality, and sense of self. My work integrates evidence-based therapy, somatic practices, and pleasure-focused approaches to help clients build resilience, deepen self-trust, and create more meaningful connections.

I earned my bachelor's degree from Macalester College and my dual master's degrees in Social Work and Public Administration from the University of Southern California (USC). I also completed specialized training in sex therapy through the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, further supporting my work in sexual health, intimacy, relationships, and identity exploration.

I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, consensually non-monogamous relationships, kink communities, and those seeking a more affirming space to explore their identities and experiences. Whether you are working through a difficult transition, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself and your relationships, therapy can provide a place to slow down, reflect, and grow.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. My goal is to create a collaborative, compassionate space where you can show up as your full self and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
